Welcome to the LMU-DCOM Life Support Skills Training Center PALS eCard payment page. Please use this page to facilitate your payment for Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) eCard issuance.

This payment portal is designated for individuals who have completed their online training, will complete the in-person training and need to obtain or renew their PALS eCard.

Verification of completion of the HeartCode® PALS Online course (course available here) is required before processing your payment.  Failure to submit your certification will result in refund and inability to participate in the in-person skills check portion of the training.
