Existing Users

If you have a CME username and password, please complete the following steps:

Click "log in" at the top right corner of the page enter your username and password

If you have forggotten your username and password:

•    Select "I have forgotten my username or password"
•    Enter your email address - this will generate an email with a link and instructions to reset your password

The email is sent instantly but may be delayed by your firewall setup. If you haven't received it after 5-10 minutes, refresh your email application and check your spam and junk mail folders.

New Users

If you have never created an account with the CME site, please complete the following steps:

•    Enter your email address and click "continue" - this will generate an email with a link and instructions to set up your free account
•    Click "Log in" in the top right corner of the page
•    After logging in, return to this course page if you are not automatically redirected here
•    Click the "Begin" button to start the activity
